We are currently seeking a Digital Content Producer to strategize, create and develop digital and social marketing content for agency strategy & development projects.
The Digital Content Producer is a talented digital and social content producer who will be a core part of each client team as we deliver comprehensive and campaign client strategies vie our Interactive Compass® model. This role will support digital, social, and mobile/tablet strategy and campaign execution with current and future clients in concert with the Digital Account Manager, Interactive Project Managers, Technology Partners, and other team members. Additionally, this role will support the agency’s comprehensive digital presence and the Agency Lead’s business development efforts across all projects. Typical client projects include: Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution, Social Media Channel & Marketing Strategy & Execution, Digital Content & Marketing Tools & Platform Development, and Web & Mobile Technology Development. We use a full range of proven proprietary models that have delivered agency client results for over 10 years.
The successful candidate has the following background and skills:
•Working Knowledge of the Digital Media Landscape | Paid, Earned & Owned Media
•Working Knowledge of the Social Media Landscape | All Core Conversation and Content Channels
•Working Knowledge of the Core Marketing Disciplines | Content Marketing, Social Marketing & Search Marketing
•Strong Understanding of Web and Mobile Platforms and formats
•Basic Understanding of Search Optimization | Web and Social
•Solid Project Management & Organizational Skills | You will structure projects and sometimes partner resources to achieve client goals delivering on time and within client budget
•Skilled Communicator | Specifically in Digital and Social disciplines, including how they interface with technology- this includes oral & written such as presentations and client project documentation.
•Strong Interpersonal Communication Skills | You have the ability to present the agency as a valued resource, client project & campaign recommendations, results and metrics reports,
•Entrepreneurial & Collaborative | Collaborate and Support Interactive Projects with SWG team, clients and partners using our Interactive Compass® and other proprietary models and tools
•Successful Track Record | Demonstrate both digitally and through other presentation formats a successful set of projects you have directly developed and/or maintained over time
•Provide digital and social content development services to agency client projects
•Support client presentation development including any relevant budget estimates for clients for individual projects and long term campaigns and agency engagements
•Stay current on digital and social emerging trends as they relate to our Interactive Compass®, translate market events into meaningful digital presence and agency training documents
•Provide content relevant counsel and education to clients using our Interactive Compass® model to translate digital media resources and technologies, programs, and tactics
•Design content for our digital and social strategies to create and engage social consumers across all focus vertical markets
•Develop content for our integrated campaigns using the agency’s Interactive Compass® that include digital/social media engagement campaigns in collaboration with our clients and their marketing teams as lead by Digital Account or Interactive Project Manager
•Support our clients’ content development goals and develop creative that translates the brand
•Coordinate or otherwise create digital and social content production to support campaigns & projects from concept phase to execution
•Liaise with agency technology partner on web platform development projects including: websites, campaign/event/brand microsites, social channel integration & promotion projects, mobile applications, widgets and other interactive platforms
The successful candidate will have an undergraduate or similar media, design, production or graphics-focused degree, 1+ years of experience in developing digital & social campaigns using digital, social and mobile tactics. The candidate has a strong understanding of the digital marketplace including social media marketing. You have demonstrated content development capabilities both written and graphic, communication, presentation, and project management skills. You have experience in developing online content, video production, web or mobile design and development. If you are a self-motivated, enthusiastic, positive-attitude type of person with a passion for everything digital and how it is not only transforming social consumer behavior, but can be leveraged to influence it, this is the role for you. We prefer your background includes: media, web media, digital or interactive agency, public relations, marketing consultancy firm, technology developer or similar.
